I had a mysterious problem with my Range Rover Sport that seemed to elude other repair shops. They did an electronic-type diagnosis. Had it fixed on the same day, incredibly reasonably priced, totally fair. They've made a new customer in me.

Very professional and great communication! Set up appointment within 2 hours and they offer loaner or pick up/drop off service! They have the computer software that can service my BMW. I can see all the updates from my phone! Highly recommended if you want to service your luxury car but not paying dealership price! Come to Auto Lab!

I recently moved to the area and hadn't found a go-to garage yet. My trunk latch suddenly broke. I first called the Jeep dealer and the experience was awful. They quoted me $1,600. Thankfully I called Auto Lab. From the first phone call they were polite, personable, and didn't rush me. They gave me a fair quote and even offered to pick my car up from the dealership. When I picked it up, they had washed it. This is my garage now.

The gentlemen at Auto Lab were extremely helpful when the airbag light on my truck came on. The Nissan Dealership wanted $2,400 for some unnecessary replacements. Auto Lab took a look and was able to narrow the problem down to the car battery being old. I changed the battery and that solved the issue. Thanks Auto Lab for saving me a ton of money!

Another great visit to Auto Lab! New Michelins, rotors/pads front and rear for my Audi SQ5 for a lot less than anywhere else, and a loaner! The crew at Auto Lab is awesome.

This is a great place to have your vehicle worked on. I brought in my 1978 Olds Cutlass and they looked it over and got what was needed done in a couple of days even when they needed to find parts that were not easy to find. Sherman and his team work hard to make sure they help the customer with what they need. 5 stars all day long.

This place actually cares. My battery died Friday night and a friend of mine called Yony. 20 minutes later Yony called me and was genuinely concerned about getting me back up and running. He's kind, caring, friendly and lets you know what's going on the entire time. I'm in debt to you for caring so much. You have a customer for life.

Auto Lab Libertyville has done a great job for me! I took my car to the dealer I bought it from. The dealer told me it would cost over $6,000 to repair my car, and then offered to sell me a new one. I limped my car down the road to Auto Lab where they sourced the same parts and did the work for less than $2,500. They are honest and straightforward.

I love AutoLab! My poor old Benz fried a whole bunch of computers, and despite it being a giant hassle for them, Brandon and the gang got me some new and gently-used parts, doing a great job balancing cost and necessity. The work was completed a week ahead of schedule and the car starts fine now!

Yony and his team are amazing. I took my car for an overdue oil change and Auto Lab did such a thorough inspection of my vehicle, he alerted me that an urgent repair was needed and the damaged part was under warranty! Yony is so honest and he always goes the extra mile to make sure I am driving a safe vehicle. I highly recommend!
